About the project

WIDE OFFER OF FLATS
IN THE PERFECT PLACE

NEW WALTROVKA builds on the success of the already completed Waltrovka on the site of the former Walter factory and thus expands the new urban district that has been created in Jinonice. Halfway between the Radlická and Jinonice B metro stations, directly under the Malvazinky slope, more than 500 premium apartments, two modern office buildings, a design hotel, a new central square and a children's playground and recreation area are gradually being built.

The unique location will once again appeal not only by the rich civic amenities, large green areas, easy transport accessibility, but above all by the atmosphere of a modern city district, where during the day there is a lively bustle and in the evening it turns into a quiet, urban oasis.

Within the 1st stage, 78 flats with well-thought-out and functional layouts from 1 kk to 5kk will be created.
Most apartments have their own terrace or loggia; the houses have two-storey garages for convenient parking, cellars or a popular area for washing bikes and strollers.

WE BUILD ON SUCCESS

The New Waltrovka project builds on the successful revitalization of a large area after the former very famous Walter aircraft engine factory. Between 2014–2021, a total of 74,000 m2 of office space, 700 residential units, a kindergarten and a two-hectare park open to the public were completed in this part of Prague's Jinonice in several stages of construction, as well as complete new civic amenities. By the combination of several architectural styles, a lively place with a pleasant atmosphere, in which the individual buildings do not look monotonous, has been created.

The area of today's Waltrovka is dominated by the square bearing the name of the founder of the original factory, Josef Walter, and a work designed by the well-known Czech artist David Černý became a significant part it. The metal statues of the legendary Pegasus, whose heads have been replaced by aircraft propellers powered by a mechanical motor, thus symbolize the famous industrial past of the place and represent a popular attraction here.
